Dr. Robert Mills Harper

Prior to entering the medical field, Dr. Robert Mills Harper served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve as well as a mathematics instructor at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta.

A published author, he earned his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. He then completed a flexible internship in the college’s Department of Medicine and a residency in the Department of Dermatology.

In the past, Dr. Harper served as both a dermatology instructor and clinical assistant dermatology professor at Medical College of Georgia and Emory University.

The recipient of numerous honors and achievements, he is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association and the Atlanta Dermatological Association. Dr. Harper currently serves a co-president of the Marietta chapter of Sister Cities International.

He and his wife, Judith, have three children, Amanda, Rob and Kathryn.
