Kristy Johnson was born in Iowa and grew up in Kennesaw, Ga. She joined the Marietta Dermatology team in 1996. She left in 2001 to be a stay at home mom. Kristy returned in August of 2005 as a medical assistant and became the clinical supervisor for Marietta Dermatology in May of 2006. In November of 2014, she was selected to head up the department that oversees all government certifications and MIPS for the practice. In June of 2020, Kristy returned to her position as back office manager and currently continues of oversee all government certifications for the practice. She also assists in the clinical research department. Kristy is happily married with 1 son. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, gardening, and spending time with friends.
